Job summary

Alliance Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to drive full life cycle recruiting, strengthen talent pipelines, and partner with hiring leaders to attract qualified candidates across the organization.

You’ll serve as a recruiting subject matter expert, support sourcing strategy, analyze metrics, and help ensure a compliant, positive candidate experience while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.


• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
