Hope Human Services is seeking a Recruiter for our Lakewood, WA location, with cross-training to support the local HR team. The role focuses on screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting managers with the interview process.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of recruiting or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential data while supporting HR workflows such as onboarding and benefits enrollment.

Hope Human Services has three locations in WA state:Lakewood (Corporate office), Vancouver, and Spokane. We are currently seekingan experienced Recruiter for our Lakewood location. This position will also becross trained to provide back-up to the local HR team.

Job Description

The Recruiter will have a focus on recruiting by screening applicants,scheduling interviews, and assisting managers with the interview process. Tosucceed in this role, you must be enthusiastic, able to speak to a high volumeof applicants daily and should be familiar with using HR software and datatracking tools. Cross training will include working with the local HR team to learn the dailyHR processes to include onboarding, benefits enrollments, record-keeping, filemaintenance, and HRIS entry. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute tothe attainment of specific recruiting goals and overall results of the HR department.

Wage Range:

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
