Hope Human Services is seeking a Recruiter for our Lakewood, WA location, with cross-training to support the local HR team. The role focuses on screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting managers with the interview process.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of recruiting or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential data while supporting HR workflows such as onboarding and benefits enrollment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting and/or customer service experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, patience, and timely response to all requests.

Responsibilities

• Screen applicants and schedule interviews.
• Assist managers with the interview process.
• Cross-train to support daily HR processes including onboarding and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain records and data in HRIS and related systems.
• Contribute to achieving recruiting goals and HR department results.
