Job summary

Hope Human Services is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support high-volume hiring at its Vancouver, WA location. This onsite role combines recruiting execution with cross-training so the position can help sustain local HR operations while contributing to department recruiting outcomes.

The Recruiter will move candidates through early stages, partner with managers during interviews, and collaborate with the local HR coordinator to build day-to-day HR capability, including onboarding and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting and/or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
• In-depth understanding of recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including timely reporting.
• Commitment to diversity in the workforce and community.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with the State of Washington.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist managers with the interview process.
• Cross-train with the local HR coordinator to learn onboarding, benefits enrollment, record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
• Contribute to the attainment of specific recruiting goals and overall HR department results.
