Cross-training will involve onboarding, benefits enrollments, record-keeping, and HRIS entry as you support the local HR team to achieve recruiting goals and strengthen the department's results.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle data confidentially.
• Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Pass a WA criminal background check.
• Valid WA driver's license.

Responsabilidades
