Job summary

Hope Human Services is seeking a Recruiter for our Lakewood location, with cross-training to support the local HR team. You will screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist managers throughout the interview process while becoming proficient with our HR software and data-tracking tools.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of recruiting or customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage confidential data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to screen applicants, schedule interviews and assist managers with the interview process.
• Familiarity with HR software and data tracking tools; onboarding and benefits enrollment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Hope Human Services has three locations in WA state:Lakewood (Corporate office), Vancouver, and Spokane. We are currently seekingan experienced Recruiter for our Lakewood location. This position will also becross trained to provide back-up to the local HR team.

Job Description

The Recruiter will have a focus on recruiting by screening applicants,scheduling interviews, and assisting managers with the interview process. Tosucceed in this role, you must be enthusiastic, able to speak to a high volumeof applicants daily and should be familiar with using HR software and datatracking tools. Cross training will include working with the local HR team to learn the dailyHR processes to include onboarding, benefits enrollments, record-keeping, filemaintenance, and HRIS entry. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute tothe attainment of specific recruiting goals and overall results of the HR department.

Wage Range:

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Minimum1 year of recruiting and/or customer service experience preferred
• In-depthunderstanding of recruiting and sourcing tools
