You will work with the local HR coordinator on onboarding, benefits enrollment, record-keeping, and HRIS entry, while contributing to recruiting goals and overall HR results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting, customer service, or related experience.
• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
• Experience with recruiting and sourcing tools preferred.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen applicants and manage high-volume interview scheduling.
• Assist managers with the interview process and candidate communications.
• Cross-train with the local HR coordinator for onboarding and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records and HRIS data for compliance and reporting.
