Job summary

The City of O'Fallon is seeking a Recreation Program Manager for the Renaud Center. This role coordinates, develops, and manages diverse recreation programs and special events to deliver engaging community experiences while ensuring compliance and quality services.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, developing bids, and overseeing center operations and RecTrac systems to support efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supervising staff and managing programs.
• Knowledge of municipal policies, purchasing, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, manage, and evaluate recreation programs and events.
• Oversee youth and adult recreation programs and recreational sports.
• Supervise and evaluate staff, including hiring and training.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and bids.
• Oversee front desk operations and RecTrac-based management.
• Coordinate facility reservations and analyze program data.
