Job summary

The City of O'Fallon in Missouri seeks a Recreation Program Manager to lead the Renaud Center's programming and events. This role coordinates diverse community recreation opportunities, fosters accessibility, and ensures ADA compliance.

The successful candidate will manage staff, budgets, and partnerships, while promoting inclusive programs and high-quality experiences for all residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Five+ years related supervisory experience.
• Valid Missouri driver's license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, manage, and evaluate recreation programs and events.
• Oversee youth and adult recreation programs.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, supervise staff and evaluate performance.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and bids.
