Recovery Centers of America is seeking a dedicated Recovery Support Supervisor to lead a team of RSS professionals. You will oversee scheduling, ensure adherence to policies, monitor QA indicators, and maintain regulatory-compliant documentation.

The role requires collaboration with clinical leadership to support programming and improve patient outcomes across the site. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential for success in a behavioral health environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Three years' experience working with addiction services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing small, cohesive teams.
• Demonstrates appropriate confidentiality at all times when interacting with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coaches Recovery Support Specialists and Lead RSS.
• Maintains schedules and ensures attendance policy compliance.
• Assists in monitoring QA indicators to ensure high-quality care.
• Monitors patient activity and documents progress and incidents.
• Understands 12-step, DBT, MAT, and MI principles and applies them to recovery.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and retaining Recovery Support staff.
• Maintains on-call responsibility to ensure staffing and patient safety.
• Reviews patient rounding reports and communicates with RSS team.
• Conducts manager reviews of incident reports and conducts weekly rounding audits with LT.
• Collaborates with Clinical Director and Supervisors to support clinical programming.
• Works with Admissions and Nursing leadership to streamline patient intake.
