Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of behavioral health/substance use disorder treatment experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with 12-step modality and behavior modification.

Responsibilities

• Monitors patient activities, safety checks, and completes documentation (rounds sheets, notes, End of Shift reports).
• Participates in direct patient care with trauma-informed approaches.
• Assists with daily patient schedules and activities.
• Responds to signs of distress and behavior instability; de-escalates when needed.
• Communicates concerns to clinical and nursing staff; maintains confidentiality.
