Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology hardware and systems; training provided.
• Familiarity with behavior modification and 12‑step modality.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record (as applicable).
• Customer service focus and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors patient activities and safety; completes documentation.
• Provides direct patient care and trauma-informed interactions.
• Assists with daily patient schedules and activities.
• Recognizes distress signs and responds appropriately.
• Assists with crisis intervention and emergency procedures as needed.
• Communicates concerns to clinical staff promptly.
• Manages belongings processing for admissions and visits.
• Assists with packing belongings for discharge.
• Oversees wellness and activity spaces and patient compliance.
