Recovery Corps, powered by Ampact, is hiring Recovery Navigators to support participants in maintaining recovery. You’ll meet with individuals, help set goals, and create recovery action plans, drawing on your own recovery experience.

Roles are 40 hours per week with daytime hours, Monday to Friday for the 2026-27 program year; part-time 25 hours per week also available. Training and professional development are provided.

Qualificações

• Must have at least one year in recovery.
• Dependable with good attendance.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain a schedule.
• Basic computer skills including email and online navigation.
• Fluent English for speaking, reading and writing.
• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• US citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Foster strong relationships with participants.
• Lean on personal recovery experience to provide mentoring and peer support.
• Connect participants with social service resources and programs.
• Track participant recovery plan progress.
• Participate in training and professional development throughout the year.
• Share your experience with the community.
