Job summary

Ampact's Recovery Corps program is hiring Recovery Navigators to provide peer support to individuals in recovery. You’ll meet participants to help navigate resources, set goals, and develop recovery action plans, drawing on your own recovery experience to mentor others.

We offer year-long engagement with training and professional development. Positions run 2026-2027 (Sept 2026–July 2027), with 40 hours per week, daytime hours, Monday–Friday; part-time options at 25 hours weekly are also

Qualifications

• In recovery for at least one uninterrupted year from a substance use disorder.
• High school diploma or equivalent and 18+ years of age.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with participants.
• Provide mentoring and peer support using your recovery experience.
• Connect participants with social service resources and programs.
• Track participant recovery plan progress.
• Participate in training and professional development periodically.
• Share your experience with the community.
