Job summary

Ampact is seeking a Recovery Navigator to support individuals at Recovery Corps in their recovery journeys. As a Navigator, you will provide peer support, help participants set goals, and connect them with essential resources.

This role requires at least one year of recovery experience and offers both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (25 hours/week) opportunities. Join us to make a difference in recovery communities!

Qualifications

• In recovery for at least one uninterrupted year from a substance use disorder.
• Dependable with a history of good attendance.
• Able to understand and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills including email and online navigation.
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with participants.
• Provide mentoring based on personal recovery experience.
• Connect participants with social service resources.
• Track progress on recovery plans.
• Participate in training and professional development.
