Job summary

Ampact's Recovery Corps is seeking a Recovery Navigator to support peers on their recovery journey. You will provide training and peer support as participants work to maintain progress, meeting with them to navigate resources, set goals, and develop recovery action plans to create more success stories.

Responsibilities include building relationships, mentoring using personal recovery experience, connecting clients with services, and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Must be in recovery for at least one uninterrupted year from a substance use disorder.
• Dependable with a history of good attendance.
• Able to understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with participants.
• Lean on your own recovery experience to provide mentoring and peer support.
• Connect participants with social service resources and programs.
• Track participant recovery plan progress.
• Participate in training and professional development throughout the year, including the Peer Recovery Support training.
• Share your experience with the community.
