Job summary

Ampact's Recovery Corps program seeks a Recovery Navigator to support individuals rebuilding healthy lives in recovery. You will meet participants, provide peer mentoring, and help them navigate social services while developing recovery action plans.

You will draw on your own recovery experience, build relationships, track progress, and participate in ongoing training. The role runs for the 2026-27 program year with daytime hours and AmeriCorps benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• Basic computer skills (email and online navigation).
• Dependable with good attendance history.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain a service schedule.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with participants.
• Lean on your own recovery experience to provide mentoring and peer support.
• Connect participants with social service resources and programs.
• Track participant recovery plan progress.
• Participate in training and professional development throughout the year.
• Share your experience with the community.
