Job summary

Recovery Corps, powered by Ampact, seeks a Recovery Navigator in the United States to help people build healthier lives in recovery. You will meet participants, provide guidance, and help them access resources while developing recovery action plans.

You will foster relationships, mentor peers, connect with social services, track progress, and participate in ongoing training throughout the program year. The role includes a biweekly stipend and the 2026-27 year schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in recovery and able to leverage personal recovery experience.
• Reliable with good attendance and ability to follow instructions.
• Capable of setting and maintaining a service schedule within agreed hours.
• Basic computer literacy including email and online browsing.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• US citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident; 18+ with HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with participants.
• Provide mentoring and peer support using your recovery experience.
• Connect participants with social services and programs.
• Track progress of recovery plans.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
