John Jensen - State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to greet customers, manage appointments, and support administrative tasks in a busy office.

You will engage with prospective and existing customers, identify opportunities to discuss insurance options, and work on CRM and Microsoft Office tasks. Prior customer service experience preferred; strong communication and organizational skills required.

I opened my agency in 2020 after spending three and a half years as a State Farm team member. Before joining State Farm, I worked for a software company as a corporate trainer, which helped shape my passion for learning, development, and helping others succeed.
