H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face for clients in our Oklahoma office. This in-person role involves greeting clients, handling check-ins, and coordinating scheduling so clients are matched with the right tax professional.

You'll support daily office operations, maintain a clean work area, and work with a team of tax professionals. With training, this position can lead toward tax preparation or office leadership during tax

Competenze

Experience in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve clients professionally.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Comfort with basic computer programs like MS Office, Teams, and scheduling systems.
Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
