Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a dedicated on-site supervisor to oversee the receiving area and freight elevator, ensuring safety, order, and compliance with Association rules. You will verify licenses, manage parking, and coordinate deliveries while providing strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prior experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus, and the role offers full benefits and a full-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Previous experienced preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving area and freight elevator; maintain area safety, orderliness and cleanliness.
• Verify licenses, insurances, and permits of all service providers and contractors.
• Enforce parking regulations and Association rules.
• Schedule freight elevator use for residents moving in and out in accordance with policy.
• Register all deliveries and packages (FedEx, UPS, DHL, registered mail).
• Report problems to supervisor, including issues outside of scope of responsibility.
• Issue parking passes to approved vehicles and distribute ID passes to contractors.
• Monitor contractors and building repairs through logs; complete required reports.
• Requisition materials, tools, and supplies needed for the job.
• Ensure safety precautions are followed and maintain a safe work area.
