Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a hands-on supervisor to manage the receiving area and freight elevator, ensuring safety and compliance. You will verify licenses and permits for service providers and enforce Association rules, while delivering excellent customer service to residents and staff.

Role requires strong communication, reliability and the ability to coordinate with contractors and security. Weekend shifts and travel for training may be required, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving area and freight elevator; maintain safety, orderliness and cleanliness.
• Verify licenses, insurances, and permits of all service providers and contractors.
• Issue parking passes and distribute ID passes to contractors.
• Monitor service contractors and building maintenance through logs; complete required reports.
