Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to support receiving operations and plant office production. You will review inbound waste documents and enter all waste into the inventory tracking system to ensure proper disposal and billing, while complying with Clean Earth's policies and regulations.

Coordinate with plant supervision to ensure safe handling of inbound waste and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required or preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of office work experience preferred.
• Experience in administrative tasks and office management.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive waste from service centers and ensure proper handling and regulatory compliance.
• Clerical work; updating operating systems, copying/scanning, uploading documents.
• Coordinate with plant supervision to implement safety and regulatory adherence.
• Perform related duties and/or project work as required.
