Job summary

Clean Earth in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to support receiving operations and plant office production. You will review inbound waste documents, enter waste into the inventory system, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

You will coordinate with Plant supervision to ensure safe handling of inbound waste, perform clerical updates, and support safety and regulatory adherence across operations. Starting rate is $22.00 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Receive waste from service centers and ensure proper handling and regulatory compliance.
• Clerical tasks: update operating systems, copy/scan/upload documents.
• Coordinate with Plant supervision to ensure safe handling of inbound waste.
• Support safety protocols and compliance measures to ensure regulatory adherence.
