Job summary

Veolia, integrating Clean Earth, seeks a Receiving Coordinator to support receiving operations and plant office activities. You will review inbound waste documents and ensure accurate entry into the inventory tracking system for proper disposal and billing, while aligning with Clean Earth's policies and regulations.

You will regularly coordinate with Plant supervision to ensure safe, proper handling of inbound waste and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal rules.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required or preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of office work experience preferred.
• Experience in administrative tasks and office management.

Responsibilities

• Receive waste documents and enter into the inventory tracking system.
• Coordinate with Plant supervision to ensure safe handling of inbound waste.
• Clerical tasks: updating systems, scanning, copying, uploading documents.
• Implement safety and regulatory compliance measures.
