Clean Earth is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to support receiving operations and plant office production. You will review inbound waste documents and enter data into the inventory system to support proper disposal, billing, and regulatory compliance. This role requires attention to detail and coordination with plant supervision to ensure safe handling.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour. Comprehensive benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree typically preferred for this role.
• 1–3 years of office work experience is desired.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Receive waste from service centers and ensure proper handling per regulations.
• Clerical tasks: update systems, scan and upload documents.
• Coordinate with plant supervision to ensure safe handling of inbound waste.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Perform related duties and project work as required.
