Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Waste Tracking Coordinator to support accurate inbound waste processing and recordkeeping. The role works with receiving, security, and regulatory teams to ensure timely, compliant shipment tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities include verifying manifests, maintaining records, and assisting with billing and destruction certificates. Entry‑level experience is valued, with solid MS Office and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3–6 months clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with receiving personnel and security on shipment status.
• Verify generator, transporter, shipment, and manifest information for accuracy.
• Enter receiving details, weights, and locations into facility systems.
• Document rejected shipments and maintain tracking records.
• Track rail shipments and manage related manifests and deadlines.
• Scan and organize manifests and shipment documents.
• Submit hazardous waste manifest information and resolve errors.
• Prepare and maintain certificates of destruction and related records.
• Research missing documentation to support billing records.
• Organize and archive shipment and job records per procedures.
