Qualifications

• 40-hour HAZWOPER training completed and current or ability to obtain
• 2+ years of environmental/hazardous waste operations experience
• Experience with RCRA and DoT regulations related to waste transportation
• Experience in team building and collaboration
• Experience with employee engagement strategies
• Understanding of waste profiling and tracking
• Ability to analyze data and develop improvements

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound waste from service centers and other sources
• Input waste data into inventory tracking system for proper management
• Coordinate with plant management on safety and regulatory adherence
• Provide insights on inbound waste requiring lab testing
• Oversee outbound shipping strategies and methods
• Review production and safety summaries to drive improvements
