Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks a detail‑oriented supervisor for the receiving area and freight elevator within a residential complex. You will enforce safety standards, manage deliveries and contractor access, and maintain logs and reports while ensuring security and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual fluency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving area and freight elevator.
• Ensure the receiving area is never unattended or unlocked.
• Register all deliveries and packages (FedEx, UPS, DHL, registered mail).
• Issue parking passes to approved vehicles and distribute ID passes to contractors.
• Monitor service and maintenance contractors, maintaining logs and completing reports.
