Job summary

Essity North America is seeking a Customer Rebates Analyst in Appleton, WI. The role provides administrative support, conducts timely analyses, and visualizes the relationship between sales activities and business performance. The ideal candidate will reside in Appleton, WI and collaborate with sales, finance, and CRM teams.

You will perform data analysis, develop reports, and assist in improving rebate processes while aligning with Essity’s values and fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or Customer Service management.
Experience with off-invoice contract pricing or rebate programs is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales and customer data and propose recommendations.
Research key areas such as customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support sales activities.
Draft complex sales documents, proposals, reports, and contracts or maintenance agreements.
Perform complex calculations to compile and report statistics.
Bridge data between Controlling and Sales using data from CRM.
Create and evaluate reports from CRM and other sources.
Maintain up-to-date customer records and track orders and deliveries; generate reports.
Possibly maintain and calculate sales commissions and expense records.
