Job summary

Essity North America is seeking a Customer Rebates Analyst to provide timely administrative support and analyze sales data to improve performance. You will collaborate with finance, sales, and operations to link CRM data with reporting and drive insights.

The role requires a Finance or equivalent degree, 2+ years in relevant finance functions, and comfort with ERP tools like SAP; strong communication and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance, Controlling, Acc Pay, Acc Rec, and/or Customer Service Mgmt.
• Experience with off-invoice contract pricing, rebate chargeback procedures, or related fields preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis of sales and customer data and propose recommendations.
• Perform research in customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support the sales team’s activities.
• Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as contracts and maintenance agreements.
• Make complex calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
• Link controlling and sales data with CRM data; evaluate and process data from both departments.
• Create, maintain, and evaluate reports from key sources such as CRM.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records in databases; track orders, deliveries and activities; generate reports and statistics.
