Job summary

Essity North America is seeking a Customer Rebates Analyst to provide timely administrative support and perform analysis linking sales activities to business performance. The ideal candidate will live in Appleton, WI and collaborate with sales, finance, and CRM teams to optimize rebates and pricing strategies.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, preparing complex reports, and ensuring accurate customer records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
2+ years’ experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or Customer Service Mgmt.
Experience with off-invoice contract pricing, rebate chargeback procedures or related programs.
Demonstrated ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales and customer data; propose recommendations.
Research accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support sales.
Draft complex sales documents, proposals, reports, and contracts.
Perform complex calculations to compile and report statistics.
Link Controlling and Sales, integrate data from CRM.
Create, maintain, and evaluate reports from key sources (CRM).
Maintain customer records and generate sales reports and statistics; track orders and deliveries.
