Nutrien is seeking an Analyst, Rebates for our Deerfield, IL location to lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting while delivering insights on supplier rebate performance.

You will collaborate with FP&A, SAP, and Vistex teams to optimize rebate processes, build robust models, and support contract lifecycle activities. This on-site role offers growth in a global agribusiness family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data sciences, finance, or economics; MBA a plus.
• 3+ years of related experience in Finance or Business Analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with FP&A, SAP, Vistex, and Excel modeling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Develop analytical models to assess supplier profitability and rebates.
• Manage rebate programs in Segmentation/Vistex, including setup and analysis.
• Ensure data setup and integration across ERP and rebate systems.
• Support supplier contracts through financial analysis and tracking.
• Collaborate with Vistex consultants and internal teams to define requirements.
• Perform financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and business case evaluations.
• Present analyses and quantify P&L impact to stakeholders.
• Identify automated solutions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with Strategic Supplier Managers on reporting needs.
• Work cross-functionally with FP&A and other stakeholders.
