Job summary

Essity in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Rebates Representative to deliver timely administrative support to the sales team, perform rebate-related analysis, and help visualize the link between sales activities and business performance. You will enter data, track rebates, generate reports, and coordinate with Distributors, Field Sales and Revenue Management to measure contract performance.

A Finance-related degree is preferred and at least 1 year in finance or accounts roles is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in finance, controlling, accounts payable/receivable, or customer service administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and rebates department.
• Enter data into databases and maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Track rebates, validate sales data, and assist in rebate reconciliation and payment processes.
• Generate reports and statistics to measure contract performance and business impact.
• Collaborate with distributors, field sales, and revenue management.
