Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own execution of remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

Collaborate with store leadership, supervise hourly teams, and travel as needed to project sites. Primary duties include coordinating with store team leads, managing escalations, and developing associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required or 3 years of related experience.
• 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; OR 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivering store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track.
• Travel to projects across the US and partner with store teams and leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
