Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and top-quality standards while partnering with store leaders and supervising hourly team members.

This role involves frequent travel, overnight shifts, and close collaboration with stakeholders to resolve escalations and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, including remodels and new stores or clubs.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders and minimize impact on store operations.
• Motivate and develop associates; supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Travel frequently to project sites across the US and manage project timelines and budgets.
