Job summary

Walmart Inc. in the United States is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own store and club remodels, new builds, and special projects across the U.S., ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, address escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track. Travel to project sites across the country is required, with a focus on collaboration and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or 3 years of PM/space/store design experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicate plans and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates; mentor and recognize potential career paths.
