Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the U.S., ensuring on-time, on-budget results and high quality.

You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and address escalations. The role requires frequent travel, including long assignments; you will base out of a home store and travel to surrounding states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations with store leadership guidance.
• Collaborate with store leadership to minimize impact on store operations and ensure on-time delivery.
