Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year in PM/space/store design/operations/data analysis, or 3 years in these areas.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects.
• PM Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Influence team to meet timelines and deliverables across projects.
• Own project execution in assigned stores, communicating plans and obstacles.
• Develop associates through supervision, mentoring, and recognition.
