Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team in the United States. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly associates, address escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Travel to projects across the US is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associate will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
