Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the United States. You will own the delivery of store remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high standards.

You will supervise hourly teams and collaborate with leadership to resolve escalations and keep projects on track. Expect frequent travel to project sites; shift patterns primarily overnight; a pathway to advance within Walmart through hands-on leadership

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Or 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Coordinate with store leadership to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Travel up to 1000 miles; be away from home 80% of the time; support projects across surrounding states.
