Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team in the US. You will own store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the country, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality. You will supervise hourly teams, resolve escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Influence and motivate teams to meet timelines and deliverables on projects.
• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores; communicate plans, changes and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Travel to project locations across the US; supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
