Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will lead remodels, new stores/clubs, and special projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality. Collaborate with store leaders to supervise hourly staff and resolve escalations.

Expect frequent travel across the US to project sites, with overnight stays paid. The role focuses on delivering value through strong teamwork and effective project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 1 year of PM/space/store design/operations/data analysis experience or 3 years PM/space/store design/operations/data analysis experience.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned Walmart stores and clubs.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Travel to project sites across the US and supervise hourly team members.
