Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

Travel up to 1000 miles and support store leadership to keep projects on track, with overnight shifts and a strong focus on supervision and development of associates. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, budget adherence, and a culture of internal career growth within Walmart.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required or 3 years of PM/space/store design experience.
• 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Masters (Preferred) in Business or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise hourly team members on remodels and projects.
• Own project plans, timelines, and budget with escalation handling.
• Coordinate with store leadership to minimize impact on operations and ensure on-time delivery.
