Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team. You will own store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high-quality standards.

You will supervise hourly associates, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to maintain progress. The role requires frequent travel and a home-base assignment, with a strong track record in project management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in these areas.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language.
• Leading a cross‑functional team
• Masters: Business
• Project Management - Management Professional Certification (PMI)

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Travel frequently across the US to support projects and manage milestones.
• Supervise hourly team members and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Develop associates by providing supervision, training, mentoring, and performance recognition.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
