Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the United States. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects nationwide, ensuring they finish on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, manage escalations with store leadership, and frequently travel to project sites across the US. Expect overnight shifts and extensive travel as part of this role.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; OR 3 years of experience in those areas.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Masters degree or certification can strengthen your application.

Mansioni

• Own the execution of Walmart Realty projects across assigned stores and regions.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders and minimize impact on store operations.
