Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and other projects across the United States, ensuring on-time completion within budget and upholding high quality standards.

You will partner with store leads to supervise hourly teams, address escalations, and collaborate with leadership to keep projects on track. Frequent travel across the US is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in these areas.
• Master's degree preference noted in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations to keep projects on track.
• Travel to projects across the US and coordinate with store leadership to minimize impact on operations.
