Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and top-quality results.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track. You will travel to project sites across the country, guiding cross-functional teams and developing associates through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field OR 3 years of project/space/ops/data analytics experience.
• Must attend and complete job trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business; PMI/PMBOK certification; 1 year leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Supervise hourly team members and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
