Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team in the United States. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time, on-budget results while upholding quality standards.

You’ll work with store leads to supervise hourly staff, resolve escalations, and collaborate with leadership to keep projects on track. Travel across the US is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area is expected.
• Alternatively, 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store remodels, new builds, and special projects.
• Supervise hourly team members and manage escalations.
• Coordinate with store leadership to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Frequent travel across the US may be required.
