Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will own project execution, partner with store leads to supervise hourly team members, and travel frequently to project sites.

The role emphasizes on-time, on-budget delivery, development of associates, and collaboration with leadership to maintain operational excellence. Overnight shifts and extensive travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or 3 years of experience in PM, space management, store design, operations, data analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Shift: primarily overnight with long hours; travel up to 1000 miles from home.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned Walmart stores and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and mentor associates.
• Travel frequently across the US and work with store leadership to minimize impact on operations.
